Training Sessions:
You will have semi-private training sessions 3 x per week. Scheduling will be done on a per person basis. Sessions will last 30 minutes with the trainer, and an additional 20-30 minutes of targeted cardio training.
We know you are busy (who isn't?), that's why we have sessions starting at 5am and going until 8pm on week days, and Saturday mornings. We definitely have a time that will fit your schedule. NO MORE EXCUSES!!!
Nutrition:
You will be given a full nutrition and overall program guide at your weigh in. This will include a full program breakdown including food choices, calorie levels and supplementation recommendations.
Coaching:
The coaching sessions will be scheduled weekly. The exact days and times will be provided during the program. These sessions will be recorded and you will have access to them in case you cannot make the session.
